“Nancy’s Larder Barking & Dagenham, was started by myself and my wife. We have always had a penchant for the creation of food, especially with desserts, but our dream has always been to help others and to make people happy. We wanted to use the inspiration we gained from making desserts, and turn it into joy that could be given to the people through lunch and dinner. There were many companies that intrigued us, however there was none other than Nancy’s Larder, their ideals and what they do have touched us personally and so we jumped at the opportunity to be a part of them and expand this business even further in the area of Barking & Dagenham. An idea was born…
Everybody deserves a wholesome, nutritious hot meal and a smile everyday. At Nancy’s Larder, we provide food that the elderly and vulnerable deserve, and we strive to make mealtimes the pleasurable experience that they should be. What started out as the founder of Nancy’s Larder; Matt Williamson cooking and delivering a handful of meals a week, grew into an amazing team of staff delivering hot meals across the Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. Our meals on wheels service is now being rolled out nationally across the UK and we are very pleased to now be providing our service to the residents of Barking and Dagenham.
